As part of the implementation of the research and development project, the following results were obtained: 1) an analytical description of the fundamentals of organizing the admission of citizens of Ukraine to higher military educational institutions and military educational units of higher education institutions for the training of tactical-level military specialists; the conduct of admission campaigns to higher military educational institutions and military educational units of higher education institutions of Ukraine for citizens of Ukraine in 2024 and 2025; 2) a model for organizing military-professional orientation of citizens of Ukraine and admission to training; 3) a standard template of the Rules for Admission to higher military educational institutions and military educational units of higher education institutions; 4) a profesiographic profile of candidates for admission to higher military educational institutions and military educational units of higher education institutions; 5) proposals: a) on ways to improve the military-professional selection of citizens of Ukraine for admission to higher military educational institutions and military educational units of higher education institutions; b) on ways to improve military-professional counseling of citizens of Ukraine for admission to higher military educational institutions and military educational units of higher education institutions; c) on ways to improve professional and psychological selection of citizens of Ukraine for admission to higher military educational institutions and military educational units of higher education institutions; d) on the draft order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine regarding the conditions for admission of citizens of Ukraine to higher military educational institutions and military educational units of higher education institutions for the training of tactical-level military specialists.
