Metal nanoparticles (NPs) nCuAu and nCu (nanozymes – NZ) were synthesized, their morphology was studied by scanning electron microscopy. Electrodes modified with NZ were designed and characterized. Methods for immobilizing alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) on the surface of a NZ-modified graphite electrode (GE) using photopolymers were optimized. Analytical characteristics of the created bionanosensor (ADH/NZ/GE) were studied. The designed bionanosensor was tested for determining the ethanol content in real samples, in particular, in the Isabella wine. The presented sensory data were compared with the results obtained using the reference enzymatic kit “Alcotest”. A close correlation was found with the concentration of ethanol in real samples of alcoholic beverages, estimated using the biosensor and reference methods.
