The object of research is technologies and technical means of crop production.
The purpose of the project is to reduce the costs of crop production by justifying the composition of the machinery and tractor fleet and its rational use in various production conditions.
Research methods – statistical analysis, simulation modeling, system analysis.
Subject of research – dependence of the costs of crop production on the composition of the machine and tractor fleet under different production technologies and volumes of work.
The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of methods for the rational use of the machine and tractor fleet in different production conditions, which will allow reducing the costs of crop production.
Results: system-factor model of substantiating the composition of the machine and tractor fleet at different levels of management; draft design of an automated system for substantiating the rational composition of the machine and tractor fleet of agricultural producers; methodology and algorithm for coordinating the plan for the use of MTP and the structure of sown areas for the current year; algorithm for changing the plan for the use of MTP based on monitoring the performance of mechanized work; prototype of application software for tactical coordination of the plan for the use of MTP and its operational use; methodology and algorithm for substantiating the rational composition of MTP for the production of crop products in the long term; prototype of application software for substantiating the composition of MTP of the farm; automated system for substantiating the rational composition of MTP and planning its use in various production conditions; databases of technical means, technologies, technological regulations for growing crop products; typical structures of sown areas of agricultural producers; MTP structure and operational indicators of its use under various technologies for growing crop products.
