theoretical principles of professional development of specialists in conditions of digitization of education are summarized; regulatory and analytical materials on the problems of implementing open education in the European and national educational space; theories and concepts of adult education; methodological and didactic aspects of forming a digital educational environment, experience of professional development of specialists in the conditions of an open university of postgraduate education;
the process of modeling the development of soft skills and the technology of their formation in the conditions of open education is characterized; modern successful models of professional development of teachers in foreign educational practice;
the organizational, psychological-pedagogical, scientific-methodical factors of effective professional development of specialists are clarified; the essential characteristics of the adaptive model of professional development of educational management personnel, pedagogical and research-pedagogical workers in the conditions of an open university of postgraduate education; scientific approaches to the study of psychological well-being;
the stages of development of soft skills in the process of professional development are defined; organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of a digital educational environment for the professional development of specialists in the conditions of an open university of postgraduate education; psychological mechanisms of personal development of specialists as a psychological factor of subjective well-being of personnel of educational organizations; strategic directions of professional development in the conditions of open education.
