The scientific work consists of a main part comprising three chapters, which include 11 subsections, as well as appendices. The total volume of the methodological recommendations is 44 pages, including 35 pages of main text and 8 pages of appendices. Within the framework of the scientific topic, 1 scientific article, and 1 set of conference proceedings (theses of a report) for a scientific conference were prepared. The results obtained within the research project have high scientific value and relevance, as they are aimed at a comprehensive analysis of the activities of juvenile prevention police officers in the exercise of the powers defined by Articles 496 and 500 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The relevance of the study is обусловлена by the reform of the juvenile justice system in Ukraine, the implementation of international standards of child-friendly justice, and the need to enhance the effectiveness of preventive and resocialization mechanisms for children in conflict with the law. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the doctrinal interpretation of national legislation and international standards in the field of protection of the rights of minors, particularly with regard to the exercise by juvenile prevention police officers of the powers defined by Articles 496 and 500 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The results obtained within the research project have high scientific value and relevance, as they are aimed at a comprehensive understanding of the activities of juvenile prevention police officers in the course of exercising the powers defined by Articles 496 and 500 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
