The object of the scientific and technical development is resource-efficient hardware solutions using film-type radiant electric heaters and Peltier elements for the thermal processing of organic plant raw materials. The subject is the improvement and creation of equipment for blanching, concentration, and drying. Experimental results show a reduction in the time to reach the 50 °C operating mode by 31.4%, a decrease in pre-drying time to 40 min compared to 60 min, a reduction in specific metal consumption by 1.8 times and heat losses by 1.24 times, and an increase in the effective heating surface by 1.3 times. The integration of Peltier elements provides recovery of secondary heat (≈ 4.0 W at 50 °C). Combined processing regimes were substantiated (size reduction 5–10 mm, steam treatment 1–12 min, evaporation at 55 °C to 25% total solids, drying at 50 °C to 3–6% moisture), and the efficiency of mobile drying systems was confirmed, with drying time reduced by 30–35% and preservation of bioactive substances increased by 15–20%. The obtained results are confirmed by publications in Category “A” and “B” journals, Ukrainian patents, certificates of authorship, the Award of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Young Scientists, scholarships of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and the completion of master’s and postgraduate qualification works.
