The relevance of the study is due to the need to improve the theoretical and methodological foundations of the functioning of the system of financial regulation of the development of the agrarian sector of the economy and rural areas in order to increase its efficiency and effectiveness,as well as achieving dynamic adaptability of its components in fulfilling the strategic goals of sustainable development of the agro-food complex of the economy of Ukraine and rural areas in the context of institutional transformations and further deepening of globalization processes,post-war features of financial and economic regulation of activities in the agricultural sector of the Ukrainian economy.The purpose of the study is to further deepen the theoretical and methodological basis of state financial regulation of the sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the economy and rural areas- in terms of substantiating the directions of modernization of the system and mechanisms of financial regulation of sustainable development of the agrarian sector of the economy and rural areas in conditions of martial law and post-war economic recovery of Ukraine,as well as scientific support for the process of improving legislation that regulates the functioning of the system and mechanisms of financial regulation of the agricultural sector of the economy and rural areas.
