Sulodexide inhibited the formation of metastases in the lungs of mice by 63.4%, and growth by 97.3%, enoxaparin by 61.3% and 96.5%, respectively. Sulodexide and enoxaparin have a slight antitumor effect on LLC and did not significantly affect the life expectancy of animals with LLC. The use of enoxaparin had a positive effect on animals with impaired blood coagulation activity on the background of LLC: the blood clotting time of animals administered enoxaparin increased by 6.2 times compared to animals without treatment. The administration of sulodexide did not contribute to the correction of this indicator. The study of platelet hemostasis in experimental animals with LLC revealed a significant (2.3-fold) decrease in platelet count and a certain decrease in megakaryocytes compared to similar indicators in animals without tumors; the administration of enoxaparin and sulodexide increases the number of platelets and megakaryocytes compared to animals without treatment.
