Acenocoumarol inhibited both the formation of metastases and their growth. Acenocoumarol showed a slight antitumor effect on LLC, but significantly affected the lifespan of animals with LLC: the increase in average lifespan was 26.4%, which is above the criterion of significance for this tumor (> 25%). The administration of acenocoumarol had a positive effect on animals with impaired blood coagulation activity on the background of LLC: the blood clotting time of animals administered acenocoumarol increased compared to animals without treatment. The study of platelet hemostasis of experimental animals with LLC revealed a significant decrease in the content of platelets in venous blood and a certain decrease in megakaryocytes in the bone marrow compared to similar indicators in animals without tumors.
