The project envisages: to develop the technological method of growing resistant lambs, which are capable maximally realizing the growth and development genetic potential using the best domestically produced probiotics; to develop the technological method of intensive fattening young sheep for production of lamb meat popup.description2 Based on the results of the studies conducted in 2024–2025, a system of technological solutions for the intensive production of sheep meat has been developed. Its components include: a technological method for rearing resistant lambs using domestically produced probiotic agents; a technological method for the intensive fattening of young sheep; and the application of technological requirements for the production of young lamb meat under intensive fattening conditions. The developed system ensures the formation of a beneficial gastrointestinal microflora, enabling more efficient utilization of feed resources; an increase in lamb survival rate to 95%; an increase in average daily weight gains of young sheep during the suckling period by 25.8% to 246 g; achievement of a live weight of 19.2 kg at 2.0 months after weaning; attainment of a live weight of 56.4 kg in intensively fattened animals at 5.0 months of age, with an average daily gain of 355 g; an increase in growth intensity by 25.4%; a reduction in feed consumption per 1 kg of live weight gain by 7.6%; an increase in total protein content in blood serum by 5.13%; production of a hot carcass weighing 25.9 kg with a dressing percentage of 49.3%; and an increase in intramuscular fat content by 5.2%.
