Development of methods, models and information technologies for managing the sustainable development of socio-economic systems
popup.description2
An adaptive risk management model for socio-economic systems under wartime conditions has been investigated, integrating hybrid strategies with IT monitoring; unlike traditional approaches, it enables rapid responses to shocks through contingency scenarios. Recommendations for IT platforms supporting regional development have been implemented, which—unlike standard solutions—allow real-time analysis of social and environmental factors with high accuracy and scalability for small and medium-sized businesses without significant costs.
