In the course of the research work, the etiopathogenetic factors of the development of common gynecological diseases (endometriosis, chronic inflammation, endocrine disorders, postoperative changes) have been clarified, which significantly affect the ovarian reserve, fertility and the course of pregnancy. A set of validated prognostic criteria and biomarkers (AMH, CAF, let-7, CA-125/HE4) has been formed, which allow timely and accurate assessment of the risks of loss of reproductive function and justify personalized patient management tactics.
