Based on clinical, laboratory, morphological, instrumental and mathematical and statistical research methods, new approaches to increasing the efficiency of obstetric and gynecological care through personalized treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of women with reproductive system pathology have been substantiated. In the course of the research work, the etiopathogenetic factors of the development of common gynecological diseases (endometriosis, chronic inflammation, endocrine disorders, postoperative changes) have been clarified, which significantly affect the ovarian reserve, fertility and the course of pregnancy. A set of validated prognostic criteria and biomarkers (AMH, CAF, let-7, CA-125/HE4) has been formed, which allow timely and accurate assessment of the risks of loss of reproductive function and justify personalized patient management tactics. The results of the study have practical value for implementation in the healthcare system of Ukraine.
