The study addresses the practical need to make PBL manageable and reproducible by defining clear participant roles, project stages, required deliverables, and transparent assessment rules. The methodology conceptualizes PBL as a regulated process with well-defined subprocesses and checkpoints and represents it using a BPMN diagram. Detailed instructional procedures were developed for key project stages, including problem formulation and Driving Question design, student team organization, tutoring and consultations, interim monitoring, report and presentation preparation, public defense, and reflection. An approach to objective assessment of implementation results was proposed, combining expert criteria, analysis of team processes, and evaluation of learning outcomes. The methodology was implemented in the curriculum in 2025: one group in the spring semester (16 students) and two groups in the autumn semester (15 first-year students and 16 second-year students). The implementation confirmed the organizational feasibility of the approach and its scalability across multiple groups. The results were validated through publications and conference presentations, and further improvement directions were identified, including expanding standardized templates and assessment rubrics and accumulating empirical evidence on educational effects.
