The purpose of the work is to make changes to the Program of Economic and Social Development of the City of Kyiv for 2024–2026 with their strategic environmental assessment.
The novelty lies in a comprehensive study of the state and trends of socio-economic development of the city of Kyiv, in updating the program document, which includes a system of interrelated tasks and measures for 2024–2026, aimed at achieving the goals and objectives of the Strategy for the Development of the City of Kyiv until 2027 and implementing the directions of smart specialization of the city of Kyiv.
Based on the results of the study of the state and trends of socio-economic development of the city of Kyiv, taking into account the analysis of the capital's economy during martial law and the actual capabilities of the budget, the Program of Economic and Social Development of the City of Kyiv for 2024–2026 was adjusted.
