The purpose of the research is to develop conceptual, methodological, and applied foundations for implementing green and digital transformation and to formulate recommendations for improving strategic management in this area. The assessment was carried out using the case of Lutsk National Technical University and non-governmental organizations, which allowed determining the level of digital maturity and environmental orientation. Directions for improving strategic management were proposed, including the introduction of green standards, digital platforms, and monitoring systems. The practical significance of the results lies in their application for digitalizing organizational management, implementing green standards in higher education institutions, and supporting sustainable development strategies.
