The object of the study is the processes of green and digital transformation of organizations in various sectors, including higher education institutions, non-governmental organizations, and business entities. The subject of the study covers methodological approaches, tools, and mechanisms for managing these processes, as well as methods for their evaluation and practical implementation.
The purpose of the research is to develop conceptual, methodological, and applied foundations for implementing green and digital transformation and to formulate recommendations for improving strategic management in this area.
The study substantiates the interrelation between green and digital transformation and identifies methodological approaches to assessing their effectiveness, including the evaluation of green transformation in higher education institutions. The assessment was carried out using the case of Lutsk National Technical University and non-governmental organizations, which allowed determining the level of digital maturity and environmental orientation. Directions for improving strategic management were proposed, including the introduction of green standards, digital platforms, and monitoring systems. The practical significance of the results lies in their application for digitalizing organizational management, implementing green standards in higher education institutions, and supporting sustainable development strategies.
