Reactive changes in the studied structures after a single IV of a mixture of alcohols and methanol at a dose of 0.75 g/kg of their body weight begin in the first hours after IV, which are located around or near the capillaries, with significantly insignificant values of biochemical indicators of mitochondria. From the 1st day of observation, changes in nerve and glial cells are determined in the CT and CT, which are manifested by the phenomena of hydropic dystrophy, which leads to a disorder of their functioning, to a violation of the conduction of the nerve impulse and to a deficiency of nutrients in nerve cells due to mitochondrial dysfunction and the direct action of methanol and its decay products. In the liver HP they are with more destructive manifestations. By the 7th day of the study, areas with pathological changes expand in them, edematous and destructive changes increase and the energy state worsens. From 14 days to 3 months, the elements of edema and pathological changes in them are somewhat reduced with the parallel active development of compensatory and restorative processes. Among the structures of the chorioretinal complex and the visual analyzer and the liver after VI with both a mixture of alcohols and methanol, primary changes occur in the vessels and capillaries of the choroid, cells of the retinal pigment epithelium and in the liver HP starting from 1 hour 10 minutes of the study.
