The work consists of an introduction and the main part. The total volume is 49 pages, of which the main text is 47 pages. The purpose of the study is to form scientifically based recommendations on the correct criminal-legal qualification of certain types of corruption criminal offenses, taking into account the current legislation and current judicial practice. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the comprehensive approach to the delimitation of corruption criminal offenses, clarification of the features of the components of criminal offenses provided for in Articles 191, 210, 364, 368, 368-5, 410 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as well as in the development of practical recommendations on their qualification, taking into account the positions of the Supreme Court.
