At the same time, the tissues are not able to absorb oxygen, as a result of which tissue hypoxia occurs, which can lead to the appearance of aft. In patients with chronic recurrent stomatitis, in the first days of the appearance of aft, there is a decrease in the mobility of the nuclei of buccal epithelial cells by 1.8 times, a decrease in the amplitudes of displacement of nuclei and plasmol and the ratio of these amplitudes compared to the norm, and an increase in ΔрН by 3 times. The obtained results of the study provide a basis for the appointment of means for the normalization of functional adaptation-compensatory reactions of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and oral fluid and the normalization of blood supply.
