popup.description1
Creation of a ready-made software product for intelligent decision-making support in the design, additive manufacturing and application of bone substitutes based on apatite-biopolymer composites with controlled composition, structure, porosity and mechanical strength by creating adaptive methods and models of machine learning in the analysis of bone tissue images taking into account its spatial structure obtained by sensors of different physical nature.
popup.description2
Principles and approaches for the creation, implementation and use of intelligent information technologies for decision support when using the CAD/CAM/CAE system for designing and using additive manufacturing technologies for bone substitutes, which takes into account the regularities of bone tissue neoplasms, have been developed. The conceptual architecture and mathematical support of the intelligent decision support system have been substantiated.
A modified method for selecting the parameters of a porous substitute (pore size, trabecula thickness, cell type) has been proposed, using an objective function that simultaneously minimizes the difference in mechanical impedances of the implant and bone (to avoid the stress shielding effect) and maximizes the hydrodynamic permeability for body fluids.
Optimization methods based on wavelet transform by calculating constraints and a method of clustering by dispersion feature have been developed, in which the image belonging to a cluster is calculated by calculating constraints.
A neural network architecture for joint analysis of CT and MRI data is proposed, which is distinguished by an adaptive channel weighting mechanism, which allows reducing the influence of artifacts from metal bodies when forming a model of the area of interest.
Ensemble machine learning algorithms have been developed and investigated to determine key mechanical factors in the prediction of nanocomposites, which allowed creating simplified, interpretable and accurate prediction models in CAD/CAM/CAE design.
A method has been developed for constructing ensemble classifiers for structured and unstructured data, for data preprocessing and optimization of individual classifiers (KNN, SVM, Random Forest, XGBoost, MLP, CNN, LSTM, logistic regression) and stacking with different types of aggregation (voting: hard, soft, soft with fuzzy ranking), which ensures the reduction of heterogeneous data to a single format and high classification accuracy.
