It was found that the process of circulation of agricultural production information arises as a result of the existence of a targeted demand for information, the content of which allows to increase the degree of economic efficiency of the relevant type of activity. Due to this demand, there is always an objective lack of proper information in the field of agricultural production, so the existing imbalance between the required and available information support stimulates the movement of the necessary quantitative and qualitative volumes of information to it from those places where it is concentrated. Connected by a single problem orientation, individual elements of agricultural production information within the limits of its entire required volume form a flow that moves through communication channels between the spheres of storage and application of the relevant information. The speed of this flow depends entirely on the throughput of communication channels, the high-speed capabilities of the sphere of application of information to process it, and the sphere of storage to issue it. However, at the same time, the information issued by the stream will be within 80% useless for its consumers, unless they determine the elements they want to receive independently and receive them in a targeted manner. Then the percentage of useless information in the stream is significantly reduced, which significantly speeds up the receipt and processing by consumers of the information they really need, and therefore accelerates the acquisition of the previously mentioned economic benefits. However, the information must also be stored in such an order that would allow subscribers to quickly find it, which requires the information storage area to be more efficient in processing the latter than in the area of its use to provide an advanced information offer.
