The system integrates synchronous and asynchronous learning technologies, a research-oriented approach, and modern digital tools for modeling material properties. A comprehensive set of teaching methodologies for general scientific and professionally oriented disciplines was created to develop students’ ability to synthesize nanostructures, investigate their properties, assess quality indicators, and determine potential application areas in dual-use technologies. The educational process combines fundamental training with research activities, utilizes advanced scientific databases and specialized software, and involves access to shared research facilities, including remote formats. The effectiveness of the proposed system was confirmed through a pedagogical experiment, which demonstrated an increase in students’ professional readiness, motivation for research, and capacity to make well-grounded technical decisions. The developed approach ensures the continuity of engineering education under conditions of limited laboratory access and supports the training of specialists capable of operating in technologically complex and uncertain environments. The results can be applied to modernize the training of high-tech professionals, strengthen the resilience of educational systems, and contribute to the development of human capital for strategically important sectors of the economy and national security.
