Improving the productivity and accuracy of manufacturing defense and energy products from high-strength materials.
popup.description2
The work is aimed at improving the productivity and accuracy of manufacturing defense and
energy products from high-strength materials. A comprehensive structure of research was used, in
which the basis of the work is an integrated approach to the study of the process of processing parts
on heavy machines, their conditions and features, and patterns of processes. The design features of defense and energy parts and technologies for their manufacture in the conditions of existing production are analyzed. Research has been conducted to improve the productivity and accuracy of machining large
and critical parts of heavy engineering Measures have been developed to improve machine tools and
restore their performance during repairs and forced relocation. A methodology for designing
bearing systems of heavy machine tools with increased rigidity and vibration resistance and a
methodology for calculating and designing adaptive supports and fluid friction transmissions for heavy machine tools. The scientific basis for the development of heavy machine tools, the theory of calculation of machine units with fluid friction supports and transmissions to ensure high performance and vibration resistance have been created. Fluid friction bearings have high damping properties, almost no wear, the ability to smooth out inaccuracies in the shape of the bearing surfaces, to take loads in a wide range, to operate at any speed, and, what is very important for heavy machine tool building, the ability to use fluid friction bearings in machine tool assemblies that cannot be implemented in any other way.
A number of design solutions for mechatronic systems of heavy machine tools have been
developed. The creation and use of mechatronic motion modules in metal-cutting machines
fundamentally changes the way we look at the design of heavy machine tools, bringing them to a systemic level that takes into account the complex interrelationships between design, manufacture, asse
