The work uses a complex of general scientific and special methods that provide a systematic approach to the study of accounting and analytical support for the management of enterprises of the food and processing industry. Methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction are used to generalize theoretical approaches and form conclusions. Within the framework of the conducted research work, the theoretical principles of accounting and analytical support for the management of enterprises of the food and processing industry, modern methods and tools for organizing accounting and analytical work used at enterprises of the industry were determined.
