The object of the study is the processes of formation, organization and functioning of accounting and analytical support for the management of the activities of food and processing industry enterprises in the conditions of the modern economic environment.
The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical, methodological and practical principles of accounting and analytical support for the management of food and processing industry facilities and to develop directions for its improvement in order to increase the efficiency of management decisions and the effectiveness of the activities of enterprises.
The work uses a complex of general scientific and special methods that provide a systematic approach to the study of accounting and analytical support for the management of enterprises of the food and processing industry. Methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction are used to generalize theoretical approaches and form conclusions.
Within the framework of the conducted research work, the theoretical principles of accounting and analytical support for the management of enterprises of the food and processing industry, modern methods and tools for organizing accounting and analytical work used at enterprises of the industry were determined.
The results of the research work can be used to improve the efficiency of accounting and analytical support for the management of enterprises in the food and processing industry. The proposed approaches and methodological recommendations can be applied in practice to optimize accounting processes, analytical support for management decisions, assess the efficiency of resource use and plan the activities of enterprises. In addition, the results of the research can serve as the basis for further scientific research and the implementation of modern methods of management accounting and controlling in the industry.
