The purpose of the study is to substantiate innovative methods for auditing, monitoring, and evaluating the human resource management system in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Research methods include systems analysis, comparative analysis of domestic and international experience, methods of synthesis and generalization, a risk-oriented approach, and elements of human resource management analytics. The study analyzes the current regulatory and legal framework of Ukraine concerning the auditing, monitoring, and evaluation of organizations and processes, and examines the experience of public authorities, government agencies, and the private sector in the field of human resource auditing and monitoring the effectiveness of personnel management. A methodological approach to conducting a comprehensive audit, monitoring, and evaluation of the human resource management system in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is proposed.
