The main focus was on developing approaches to systematic monitoring of the quality of the educational process, taking into account the assessments of the main subjects of educational activity – scientific and pedagogical workers and higher education seekers. The study analyzed contemporary scientific approaches to assessing the quality of educational services, as well as practices for conducting sociological monitoring studies in the field of higher education. Based on the analysis, sociological tools were developed and tested to study the state of the educational process, including a system of questionnaires and indicators for evaluating various aspects of educational activities, in particular the organization of the educational process, the quality of teaching, the availability of educational resources, and the level of satisfaction of participants in the educational process. A separate area of work was the justification of the feasibility of using mixed technologies for conducting sociological research with the application of modern information technologies. A combination of traditional methods of sociological surveys with digital tools for online data collection was proposed, which increases the efficiency of the research process, expands the possibilities for attracting respondents, and facilitates the rapid analysis of the information obtained. The developed methodological approaches can be used for regular monitoring of the state of the educational process, identifying problematic aspects of the organization of training, and forming management decisions aimed at improving the quality of educational services in the higher education system.
