A method for intelligent data exchange between cyber-physical system nodes has been developed based on a multi-technology wireless communication infrastructure and adaptive channel selection mechanisms, which improves the reliability and efficiency of information transmission in distributed sensor networks. Algorithms for optimizing the placement of sensor nodes and determining data transmission routes based on genetic algorithms have been proposed, enabling the formation of an efficient network topology and reducing coverage gaps during monitoring of the controlled area. A hybrid optimization method for data collection and analysis in cyber-physical systems has also been developed, combining singular value decomposition and federated machine learning approaches to enable efficient processing of large volumes of distributed data without centralized storage. Furthermore, a model for intelligent analysis of heterogeneous data streams has been proposed using machine learning techniques, including Bayesian networks, recurrent neural networks, and long short-term memory models. In addition, a method for adaptive load management in multi-level distributed computing systems has been developed, ensuring efficient distribution of computational tasks across infrastructure nodes and reducing data processing latency. The obtained results form a scientific and technological foundation for the development of intelligent cyber-physical systems for monitoring, data analysis, and decision support, which can be applied in environmental control systems, critical infrastructure monitoring, urban resource management, as well as in security- and defense-oriented information and communication systems.
