The study investigates the processes of formation, functioning, and development of organizational and technological solutions in construction, reconstruction, and operation of facilities under conditions of contemporary integrated development. The object of the research is the processes of formation, functioning, and development of organizational and technological solutions in the field of construction, reconstruction, and operation of construction facilities within an integrated development framework, taking into account their activation, adaptation, and selective choice in accordance with current socio-economic, technical-technological, and managerial factors.
The purpose of the research is to substantiate scientific, methodological, and practical proposals aimed at improving the functioning and reorganization of Ukraine’s construction industry in order to enhance its regional and global competitiveness. The research employs general scientific, analytical, empirical, economic-statistical methods, as well as methods of systems analysis, modeling, and forecasting, including quasi-linear optimization models.
The study produces theoretical and practical results that consist in the development of a systemological approach to the adaptation of organizational and technological solutions, the improvement of methods for assessing the effectiveness of managerial decisions, and the development of integrated system solutions for construction and restoration works using resource- and energy-saving technologies. The scientific novelty lies in substantiating a selective concept for the activation and adaptation of organizational and technological solutions in construction under conditions of integrated development.
