The study of the issues of Ukraine's European integration in the context of global changes is deepened through the study of the position of EU countries in the world commodity market, the prospects for Ukraine's integration into the EU energy market, the role of global corporations in the system of technological clusters of the European Union.
A wide range of institutional and innovative factors of socio-economic transformation in the context of global changes is investigated, among which the following are important: post-industrial transformations of society, "creative economy", breakthrough innovations and technologies, digitalization, investment attractiveness of the national economy, development of the Ukrainian stock market.
Global trends in the socio-economic development of countries are identified, including: corporate culture; human and intellectual capital, which are driving factors of innovative development.
The prospects and threats of the socio-economic development of Ukraine in the context of aggravation of global contradictions and full-scale war are substantiated and recommendations are developed that will contribute to the implementation of the strategy of dynamic socio-economic development of Ukraine.
Recommendations are provided to improve the investment and innovative activity of enterprises, the state's innovation policy and improve the investment attractiveness of the national economy as a whole.
