The method is the development of theoretical and methodological and scientific and methodological approaches to the information and technological support of the processes of forming and implementing business strategies of hospitality industry enterprises in the context of global economic transformations and crisis phenomena. To achieve the set goal, a set of interrelated research methods was used: theoretical - systems analysis, scientific abstraction and analogy, which allowed to form conceptual principles of information support for managing the economic security of hotel, restaurant and tourism business entities within the framework of their strategic development, taking into account the balance of interests of internal and external stakeholders; empirical - economic and statistical analysis, used to assess the efficiency of using the resource potential of the enterprise and the effectiveness of its activities, as well as factor analysis, which ensured the determination of the impact of the financial condition on the choice and implementation of the business strategy; fuzzy logic used to model and evaluate the impact of the level of information and technological support of business processes on ensuring the economic security of the enterprise. The scientific and practical results of the study are to substantiate the feasibility of using modern information technologies and tools to support strategic and operational management of business strategies of hospitality industry enterprises.
