The object of the study is the load-bearing and building envelope structures of the buildings and structures of PJSC "NORTHERN GZK" in 2025-2026: the locomotive depot of UZT, the transfer node of the pelletizing plant №2, and the tire-fitting section building of GTC-1.
The purpose of the study is the inspection and certification of buildings and structures of PJSC "NORTHERN GZK" in 2025-2026: the locomotive depot of UZT, the transfer node of the pelletizing plant №2, and the tire-fitting section building of GTC-1. The results of this work will be used in the development of repair documentation to improve the technical condition of damaged building structures and when making changes to the existing technical condition passports for these buildings. Based on the inspection results, the actual condition of the buildings was established and an assessment of their compliance with the requirements for buildings and structures defined by legislation was conducted. Technical condition of the buildings: the locomotive depot of UZT and the transfer node of the pelletizing plant №2 is generally classified as "unfit for normal operation," with the exception of certain areas whose condition is characterized as "emergency." The technical condition of the tire-fitting section building of GTC-1 is generally classified as "satisfactory," with the exception of certain areas whose condition is characterized as "unfit for normal operation." Recommendations have been developed for bringing individual building elements to a satisfactory condition, as well as for maintaining the structural elements of the buildings in a satisfactory condition. The implementation of the recommendations provided in the technical report will allow bringing the buildings of the locomotive depot of UZT, the transfer node of the pelletizing plant №2, and the tire-fitting section building of GTC-1 to a satisfactory condition.
