A typology of electrically conductive, scattering, and radio-absorbing composite materials is proposed according to their form of application, type of binders, and kind of electrically conductive fillers, along with their classification by particle size ranging from nano- to millimeter scale. A methodology for the experimental determination of the electrical conductivity of carbon fillers has been developed and implemented under conditions of controlled variation of mechanical pressure and electrical current parameters, using specially designed measurement circuits and laboratory setups. Experimental data on the specific electrical resistivity of various types of carbon fillers were obtained, and significant differences in their electrophysical properties were identified, determined by morphology, dispersion, and the nature of particle contact interactions.
