According to all the leukocyte indices studied, signs of inflammation and endogenous intoxication were not detected, which allows using the data to assess nonspecific adaptation processes. According to the leukocyte formula, the physiological state of the body at the end of the rehabilitation course remained unchanged in 55.4 ± 13.0% of people; this group mainly had high levels of reactivity (p<0.05). Conditional improvement was observed in 30.4 ± 12.0% of people. Conditional deterioration was observed in 14.3 ± 9.2% of people. The number of cases of improvement significantly exceeded the number of cases of deterioration (p<0.01). High levels of reactivity were noted before the beginning of the course in 42.9 ± 13.0% of people, at the end – in 66.1 ± 12.4% of people, increase (Δ) – +23.2% (p<0.01). Average levels of reactivity were noted before the beginning of the rehabilitation course in 46.4 ± 13.1% of people, at the end – in 28.6 ± 11.8% of people, Δ = -17.8% (p<0.01). The training response was observed at the beginning of the rehabilitation course in 25.0 ± 11.3% of people, at the end – in 14.3 ± 9.2% of people, Δ = -10.7% (p < 0.05). In all studied patients in the post-acute period of inpatient medical and psychological rehabilitation, favorable types of adaptive reactions were observed at the tissue (hemopoietic) level.
