The purpose of the work is to create effective hemostatic biopolymer biologically active hydrogels that are able to turn into ash and become liquid on the wound surface, penetrate to the source of bleeding, quickly swell and secrete a hemostatic agent, initiating the blood coagulation cascade and ensuring rapid hemostasis. Research objects - modified with biologically active bactericidal and anti-inflammatory humic acids, thermosensitive gelatin-alginate hydrogels impregnated with a hemostatic agent aminocaproic acid, which are intended for urgent stabilization of the wounded in combat conditions. Research methods - petrographic, elemental and calorimetric analysis of raw materials. Rheological studies to determine the composition of the degree of swelling, strength, heat resistance, transdermal and antibacterial action of hydrogels. Studies of the crystal structure and intramolecular and intermolecular bonds by X-ray diffractometry, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy. In vitro tests to determine blood clotting time.
