It was found that all samples contained microvesicles (exosomes), ranging in size from 8.5 to 308.49 nm. In each sample, microvesicles were conditionally divided into two fractions based on morphometric parameters. A small amount of “protein mesh structure” was observed in samples No. 1-No. 5. Samples No. 6 - No. 8 were found to be free of proteins and saturated with microvesicles (exosomes). The best sample in terms of size distribution and clarity of visualization was sample No. 8.
