It was found that all samples contain nanoparticles of elongated indefinite shape (no clear edges), which according to electron diffraction data are amorphous structures. Their sizes vary from approximately 2 nm to 12 nm and are, on average, 4-6 nm. They form agglomerates of several to several dozen electron-dense nanoparticles. There is no statistically significant difference between the samples: the difference is statistically significant only in the sizes between some nanoparticle samples by 1-2 nm.
