popup.description1
Determination of the corrosion mechanism and conditions for increasing the effectiveness of anti-corrosion protection of metal structures, development of the basics of processing spent metal-containing technological solutions to obtain useful products.
popup.description2
The object of the study is the process of applying CoNi alloys to steel reinforcement, corrosive wear of structural materials of the reactor core and fuel element cladding, periodic phenomena on copper during its chemical and electrochemical dissolution in chloride electrolytes, the process of chemical dissolution of the BrB2 alloy in solutions of various compositions based on FeCl3. multi-stage processes of obtaining copper-zinc ferrite materials from sulfate copper-zinc electrolyte by the coprecipitation method. Purpose of the work: analysis of the effectiveness of using CoNi coatings to increase the corrosion resistance of reinforcement; identification of sources of danger in nuclear reactors taking into account internal corrosion of fuel elements; determination of the area of manifestation of periodic phenomena during electroless and anodic passivation of copper in chloride solutions and identification of the influence of various factors on the process; study of the properties of depleted etching solutions after chemical etching of the BrB2 alloy in solutions of different compositions and selection of etching solution compositions that provide optimal conditions for the dissolution of alloy components; synthesis of copper-zinc ferrite materials from sulfate copper-zinc electrolyte by the method of coprecipitation and determination of their composition.
Research methods: electrodeposition of alloys in pulse mode, autoclave tests, disk electrode method, electrochemical measurements in potentiostatic, galvanostatic and potentiodynamic modes, atomic absorption spectrometry method, gravimetric, X-ray fluorescence, X-ray phase analysis, electron probe microanalysis.
