popup.description2
Object of the Study – management systems and marketing activities of business entities operating in a digital circular environment.
Purpose of the Study – to develop conceptual foundations and practical mechanisms for the transformation of management and marketing under the conditions of the Digital Circular Economy (DCE) in order to strengthen enterprise competitiveness and ensure sustainable economic growth.
Research Methods. The methodological foundation of the study is based on a systems-structural approach, which makes it possible to conceptualize the Digital Circular Economy as an integrated managerial system in which digital technologies serve as a key instrument for coordinating its architecture. The study employed the method of logical generalization to substantiate the strategy of “crisis humanization” in HR management and comparative analysis to identify the differences between linear and circular business models. Statistical and index-based methods were used to assess Ukraine’s innovation potential through the indicators of the Global Innovation Index, while strategic analysis tools such as Gap Analysis and Stakeholder Mapping enabled the identification of HR risks and stakeholder expectation gaps. In addition, economic and mathematical modeling methods were applied to calculate employee engagement levels using the Q12 methodology and to visualize business processes through the development of a Customer Journey Map in a phygital environment.
The information base of the research was formed using verified data sources, including Ukrainian legislative and regulatory acts, as well as European Union regulations on artificial intelligence and circular economy governance. The empirical foundation of the study is based on official reports of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, analytical data from the YouControl system, and international rankings published by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
