The purpose of the work is to create scientific and methodological foundations for the functioning of the TC, scientific and organizational coordination of their activities at the national, international and European level, collection, analysis and generalization of information about the activities of the TC. Research methods – the methodological basis of scientific research is analysis, namely an integrated approach to the analysis of the activities of technical committees of standardization; system and graph-analytical methods of studying statistical data and reports on the activities of the Labor Code of Ukraine; analysis of areas of activity and objects of standardization during the creation of the TC, consideration of the Regulations on the TC, approval of a new field of activity of the TC and termination of the TC activities.
