The object of research is the route network of passenger road transportation of the city of Cherkasy.
The purpose of the work is to create an interactive management system for passenger transport of the city of Cherkasy to improve the efficiency of urban passenger transportation by road and electric transport of the city, reduce harmful emissions and increase economic efficiency by optimizing the processes of passenger transportation by public road transport and electric transport.
The work carried out a comprehensive analysis of the production system of urban passenger transportation of the city of Cherkasy in order to determine the current state of the route network, technical support and organizational features of the functioning of public transport. The study includes an assessment of the structure of trolleybus and bus routes, an analysis of the level of development of infrastructure, including the contact network, road network and stop complexes. Special attention is paid to the condition of the rolling stock and the compliance of its operational characteristics with modern requirements for safety, environmental friendliness and comfort.
A conceptual model of an electronic database of urban transport has been formed, which includes the classification of streets, stops, routes and vehicles. Such a database can serve as the basis for the development of intelligent transport systems, optimization of the route network, improvement of the dispatching system, implementation of digital services for passengers and increasing the efficiency of management of the city's transport infrastructure.
