popup.description1
Increasing the reliability, durability and performance of technological machines and equipment.
popup.description2
The object of research is technological machines and equipment.
The purpose of the work is to ensure the operability, increase the operational reliability and durability of technological machines and equipment of industrial facilities.
The research method is the analysis of operational data, theoretical and experimental studies of the operation of technological equipment.
The forced oscillations in mechanisms were studied taking into account the forces of viscous friction. The influence of the elastic properties of the supports on the frequencies and amplitudes of forced oscillations of the rotor shaft was determined.
Improved tooth profiles were developed for hot cutting saw blades.
Methods for predicting the technical condition of mechanical equipment were analyzed. It was shown that the existing process of planning repair work is based on expert assessments.
Modern methods of diagnosing the technical condition of technological machines were considered. The feasibility of using non-destructive diagnostic methods was described.
The process of technological preparation of production based on CAD/CAM/CAE systems has been studied, which allows to reduce the complexity of documentation development and accelerate production preparation.
The design parameters of the comb gears of crawler engines have been optimized. It has been shown that the optimization criterion can be the value of unproductive power losses, and the factors determining the minimum value of the optimization criterion are the design parameters of the gear.
