The object of the study is the processes of non-disassembly diagnostics of the technical condition and the formation of maintenance strategies for modern wheeled vehicles in operating conditions.
The purpose of the study is to increase the efficiency, reliability and environmental safety of vehicle operation by developing, substantiating and implementing innovative methods of continuous monitoring and technical service based on intelligent analytical algorithms and modern high-tech control tools.
Research methods are a system analysis of technical operation processes, the theory of non-disassembly diagnostics, simulation computer modeling of physical processes, architectural design of mobile complexes, methods of mathematical statistics, the theory of artificial neural networks (LSTM and recurrent structures) and experimental research using precision sensor equipment.
The work solves the current scientific and technical problem of adapting the maintenance and repair (MRO) system to the conditions of rapid digitalization of the automotive industry. The topic is revealed through the integration of three interconnected levels of control:
- the level of intelligent analysis and cloud platforms;
- level of diagnostics of mechanical and hydrodynamic systems;
- level of environmental and regulatory audit.
Practical significance of the results obtained. The developed innovative methods and architectural concepts of intelligent diagnostic platforms allow for a practical transition from planned and preventive maintenance to maintenance according to the actual condition.
