A new direction of research on the sustainable management of innovation projects in the agricultural sector has been initiated, creating prerequisites for a better understanding of the state, trends, new challenges, and prospects in the context of innovative transformation and ensuring the sustainability of agribusiness. The essence of the concept of “sustainable management of innovation projects in the agricultural sector” has been introduced into scientific discourse and defined from the standpoints of activity-based, process-based, and functional approaches. A coherent paradigm of sustainable management of innovation projects in the agricultural sector has been developed and substantiated as one of the interdisciplinary directions of industry science, which organically combines the theoretical and empirical levels of knowledge and includes a complex of interconnected components. A methodology for the sustainable management of innovation projects in the agricultural sector and a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of this management have been developed. A draft Concept for the development of sustainable management of innovation projects in the agricultural sector of Ukraine’s economy under conditions of post-war recovery has been developed and theoretically substantiated, the implementation of which will contribute to ensuring the sustainability and innovativeness of the agricultural sector. The priority directions for the implementation of the specified Concept have been identified. The results can be implemented at various levels of agro-industrial production management, within the management of agricultural enterprises’ activities, as well as in scientific, educational, and advisory activities.
