The purpose of the research is to scientifically substantiate and develop a set of interrelated methods, models, recommendations and draft normative and methodological documents aimed at increasing the efficiency of management, planning, personnel training, scientific and organizational activities and the application of modern technologies in the system of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the context of modern security challenges.
Generalized research objectives: 1. To analyze the current state and trends in the development of the system of defense planning, military education, scientific and organizational activities and resource provision in Ukraine and partner states. 2. To develop scientifically substantiated recommendations on the regulatory regulation of the use of robotic systems, artificial intelligence and means of unconventional influence. 3. To form models for the development of human potential, psychological resilience and leadership qualities of military personnel. 4. To substantiate the methods of managing information, cybernetic, electromagnetic and geospatial processes in the interests of defense. 5. Integrate the obtained results into a holistic system of scientific and methodological support of the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The key idea of the study is the ability of the state to integrate managerial, scientific, educational, psychological, informational and technological components into a single adaptive system.
The study is based on the idea of considering defense activities as a complex multi-level ergatic system in which people, technology, information and management are in constant interaction.
