The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological foundations for improving managerial activities, fostering innovative development, training managers, and ensuring the quality of organizational management. The objective of the study is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations for the effective management of organizational development during a crisis and post-war reconstruction by identifying modern approaches, methods, forms, and mechanisms for improving managerial activities, as well as by creating a system for training managers capable of ensuring the sustainable development of organizations – particularly educational institutions – and of working in challenging conditions. To achieve this objective, a range of research methods was employed. The relevance of this study stems from the need to ensure the sustainable development of organizations – particularly educational institutions – under martial law and during Ukraine’s post-war recovery. The scientific novelty lies in substantiating the theoretical foundations of managing organizational development in crisis and post-war conditions, developing a model for improving managerial activities, innovative mechanisms for ensuring management quality, and a system for training competent managers focused on the sustainable development of organizations. The results of the research have been implemented in the practice of the H. S. Skovoroda KNPU, as well as in the practice of business entities in various fields of activity, particularly in the educational sector – educational institutions in the city of Kharkiv, Kharkiv Oblast, and other regions of Ukraine.
