The object of the research is the process of developing a security strategy of an industrial enterprise in the context of digital transformation. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and methodological principles and applied aspects that determine the patterns of developing a security strategy of an industrial enterprise in the context of digital transformation.
The subject of the research is the theoretical and methodological principles, tools and mechanisms of developing and implementing the security strategy of an industrial enterprise in the context of digital transformation.
The purpose is to substantiate the theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations for the implementation of the security strategy of an industrial enterprise in the context of digital transformation.
Theoretical and practical significance. The legislation of Ukraine in terms of ensuring national security and its components (economic, financial, production, food, etc.) was studied. The organizational and methodical toolkit of business support is substantiated based on the study of trends and challenges that faced the metallurgical industry of Ukraine during the full-scale war. The monitoring of the levers of business security in the conditions of war for enterprises of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine was carried out and it was proved that the state support of MMC during the war is a strategic reference point for ensuring business security. The conceptual provisions of the enterprise's security strategy in the context of digital transformation have been developed, which include the digital transformation of key business processes; measures to ensure financial stability of business; security strategy formation algorithm; improvement of methodological tools for measuring the effectiveness of the implementation of the security strategy; identification of threats and measures to adapt the security strategy during a military conflict.
