The purpose of the study is to develop a system of public services in Ukraine in accordance with international standards of the European Union countries, based on a comprehensive analysis of available scientific and regulatory sources, to identify problems of its regulatory consolidation and practical implementation, to formulate proposals for improving the current legislation in this area and the practice of its application. Research methods – a set of general scientific and special methods, in particular: hermeneutic, historical-legal, comparative-legal (comparative), system-structural, formal-logical, sociological, structural-functional, statistical; modeling method, etc. The work is the first in Ukraine comprehensive, interdisciplinary, qualifying scientific work that solves an important scientific problem of Ukraine's European integration regarding the provision of public services. On the basis of the research conducted, new tasks were substantiated and solved; new principles for solving tasks were developed, new phenomena were investigated; new methods were presented that are decisive for the further reform of the system of providing public services in the process of Ukraine's European integration. As a result of the research conducted, a number of scientific provisions, conclusions and proposals regarding the provision of public services in the activities of public administration entities and the improvement of current legislation were formulated and substantiated.
