Develop a prototype of an expert system (hereinafter - ES) based on artificial intelligence (hereinafter - AI), which will provide a personalized telediagnostic platform with tools for monitoring, predicting and preventing the manifestation of possible complications, in particular for the rehabilitation of victims with injuries and dysfunctions of various body systems caused by military actions.

The relevance of the work is due to the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence (AI), in particular large language models and their implementation in all spheres of public life. One of the potentially important areas of application is medicine and healthcare, where the accuracy and timeliness of patient diagnosis or treatment is of crucial importance. The annotated report contains a brief description of the results obtained during Stage 1 of the implementation of R&D No. 365/176 by the co-executor of the state order. The developed TR contains a detailed description of the requirements for the structural and functional characteristics of the expert system (ES), algorithms and mathematical models for supporting patients and optimizing their treatment or rehabilitation trajectories. In particular, the reasons for the creation, the purpose and sources of development, the tasks that the ES solves are highlighted. A list of regulatory and technical documents that regulate the requirements for development is selected. The main requirements for the ES are formulated, including requirements for composition, requirements for purpose, medical requirements, requirements for quality and responsible use of AI.
